自由電子報 - 債留國庫？ 檢調約談高鐵高層: "據指出，全案目前仍是他字案，無人被列為被告，檢方偵辦方向為：第一、高鐵五大股東是否有將自營虧損債留國庫的情形。第二、高鐵的土建、機電及場站工程招標過程是否涉及不法。第三、場站大多設於偏僻地區，開發過程是否有特定人士炒地皮，及利益輸送等情事。"
