〔記者楊國文、項程鎮、劉志原／台北報導〕台北地院昨傳訊前總統陳水扁、證人前總統府會計長馮瑞麟、前總統府辦公室前、後任主任馬永成、林德訓四人對質，扁全程坐冷板凳，未被訊問案情，但和兩位公設辯護人不斷交頭接耳，扁認為馮瑞麟之前有關國務費證詞對他有利，昨日庭訊是浪費時間。
